Virtual Lunch & Learn: How to open a company in Germany โ€” especially as a foreigner

A few weeks ago we hosted a knowledge sharing event to help freelancers decide on how to incorporate their business and the difference between a GmbH, an UG and a classic freelancer setup. We decided to follow up the discussions from this event and invited the German/American business immigration lawyer Alexander von Engelhardt to unravel the mystery of company registration in Germany.

Having first hand intercultural experiences, Alexander walked us through each stage of forming a corporate business in Germany.
