Virtual Lunch & Learn: How to open a company in Germany — especially as a foreigner

A few weeks ago we hosted a knowledge sharing event to help freelancers decide on how to incorporate their business and the difference between a GmbH, an UG and a classic freelancer setup. Having first hand intercultural experiences, Alexander walked us through each stage of forming a corporate business in Germany.
